4.1 Account Responsibilities
To make purchases, you may need to create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and all activities under your account.
4.2 Mandatory Child Safety Warnings
• Core Safety Rule: "Keep out of reach of children" is a non-negotiable safety requirement for all our products. Press-on nails and related accessories (including nail adhesives, decorative rhinestones, beads, and metal charms) are strictly intended for users aged 14 and above, and must be stored and used in an environment completely separated from children under 14, especially infants and toddlers under 3 years old.
• Hazard-Specific Warnings:
◦ Choking Hazard: Small decorative parts (rhinestones, beads, mini charms) on press-on nails can easily detach. If ingested by children, it may cause choking, suffocation, or other life-threatening risks. Keep out of reach of children at all times, even during the application and removal process of press-on nails.
◦ Chemical Risk: Nail adhesives contain acrylic ester and other chemical ingredients, which may cause severe skin irritation, chemical burns, or poisoning if touched or ingested by children. The packaging of all adhesives will be printed with the warning: "⚠️ KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not allow children to touch or ingest. If contact occurs, seek medical help immediately."
◦ Physical Injury Risk: The edges of press-on nails may be sharp, which may scratch the delicate skin of children. Keep out of reach of children to avoid accidental injury.
• Responsibility Clause: The buyer assumes full legal and financial liability for any accidents, injuries, or damages caused by failure to comply with the "keep out of reach of children" requirement. Our store will not be held responsible for any losses, medical expenses, or legal disputes arising from improper storage or use that leads to children accessing the products.
4.3 Product Compliance & Safety
• All press-on nails comply with international safety standards:
◦ EU: REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 (CPNP registered), and CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
◦ US: CPSIA standards (lead content ≤100 ppm, phthalate restrictions).
• Products are free of prohibited substances (formaldehyde, toluene, MMA, etc.) and meet harmful substance emission limits.
• Usage Tips:
◦ Conduct a 24-hour skin patch test before use (apply adhesive to inner arm).
◦ Avoid prolonged wear (recommend ≤4 hours per use, ≤12 hours per week) to prevent nail damage or fungal infections.
◦ Do not use as tools or engage in rough activities while wearing press-on nails.
4.4 Prohibited Behaviors
You agree not to:
• Use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Violate local, national, or international laws (including child safety regulations of the destination country).
• Infringe on intellectual property rights (e.g., copying product designs or content without permission).
• Provide false or misleading information when placing orders.
• Ignore the "keep out of reach of children" safety requirement and engage in behaviors that may endanger children's safety.
4.5 Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
4.6 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without prior notice if you violate these terms, especially the "keep out of reach of children" child safety clause or product compliance clauses.
