Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

• Quality Issues: You may apply for a refund within 21 days of receipt if the press-on nails have defects  Provide clear photos/videos as evidence.

• Unwanted Items: Unused press-on nails in original packaging (with all accessories like adhesive tabs/glue intact) can be returned for a refund within 21 days of receipt, excluding shipping fees.

• Non-Refundable Cases: Customized press-on nails (e.g., personalized designs, custom sizes), used products, or items damaged due to improper use including failure to follow the "keep out of reach of children" safety requirement are not eligible for refunds. Any damage caused by children accessing the products will be deemed as improper use, and no refund or exchange will be provided.

2.2 Refund Process

1. Submit a refund request via our store’s  page or customer service email, including your order number and relevant evidence.

2. Our team will review your application within 2 business days and notify you of the result.

3. For approved refunds:

◦ Quality-related issues: We cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

◦ Unwanted items: You bear the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, credited back to your original payment method.
